Admin Fee to be Paid to Hold Room

Once you have decided on a property to rent in Newcastle a non-refundable holding fee must be paid to secure the property until your tenancy start date, which will be no more than 4 weeks from receipt of the holding fee.

On the day tenants move in they must pay one months rent and the deposit:

Information Required on Check-In

To set up your tenancy we will also require the following information:

  • Full name.
  • Proof of identification (passport, driving licence).
  • Proof of previous address for the last 3 years.
  • Proof of employment or post-graduate student course.
  • Date of birth.
  • National Insurance number.

Rental Payments

Your first month's rent is paid in cash, thereafter subsequent rents will be paid via Standing Order or IBAN international transfer.

Wingrove Lettings let and manage fully furnished Professional House Share properties as well as furnished and unfurnished flats to rent in Newcastle mainly in the Fenham and Heaton areas of Newcastle.

For your peace of mind:

  • All of our managed properties are Gas Safety certificated and inspected for electrical safety.
  • Where applicable our Professional House Share properties are HMO licensed.
  • Tenancy deposits are handled in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Protection regulations and are deposited with the Deposit Protection Scheme.
