We let and manage furnished and unfurnished flats and houses throughout Newcastle. - All of our managed properties are CORGI gas safety certificated, and inspected for electrical safety, and furniture fire safety
- Tenancy deposits taken after 6/4/07 will be treated in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Protection regulations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our houses are tenanted by conscientious clean living respectful tenants who are looking to live in nice properties with like minded people or as sole tenants. Working professionals or mature students are the type of people we like to help.
FOREIGN TRAVELLERS
If you are coming to Newcastle from outside the UK we are happy to assist with move. If Newcastle is a new area to you we are happy to collect you from a central easily found point within the city to take you to the properties we have available for viewing.

DEPOSIT AND FEE STRUCTURE
Once you have decided on a property a holding deposit of £100 will be taken to secure the property until you tenancy start date, which can be within 4 weeks of viewing. We also offer a fast move in procedure, please ask for more details.
On checking in you will require the following monies
- First Months Rent
- Deposit (£100 on house shares & One months rent on all other properties)
- £100 administration fee
Information
To set up the tenancy we also require the following information
- Full Name
- Proof of identification
- Proof of previous address for the last 3 years
- Proof of employment
- Date of birth
- National Insurance number
Rents
Your first months rent is paid in cash and subsequent rents will be via standing order or IBAN international transfer. We do not offer a cash rent collection service.
